Ottolenghi Culinary wizardry. Amazing blended flavours from the gods, that will make your mouth water like an opal fruit. We are currently suffering an Ottolenghi cookbook obsession. Life is good.
Delia The 'how to cook' series is the Keston Kitchen bible. The recipes may take a bit of time and effort but they NEVER fail. If Ottelenghi is a visionary genius, ahead of his time, Delia is a timeless classic who will never fade. She is also a rare breed... not convinced? Check out her tour de force performance at the Norwich city game.
There are four of us: Jules, Charlotte, Rach and Ceri. We grew up in the Shire (Gloucestershire) and decided that we would move to the city for fun and for jobs. We all independently became big foodies (Rach needed persuading, but now we can't get her out the kitchen) thanks to traveling, friends, jobs and the fruits of the Forest (of Dean). Now we cook a lot, we talk about food a lot, and we have cookbooks and a kitchen that we love. So, we've decided to share it with whoever is out there and looking for good recipes and a good read. Enjoy.
